BOOKING YOUR HUNT

• Once we receive your Booking Form, an invoice will be sent through text and/or email.
• We accept Personal Checks, ACH Direct Bank Transfers and Credit Cards. A convenience fee of 3% will be billed for all credit card transactions.
• Adventure Hunts are booked on the basis of price and availability at the time the deposit is received.
• A 50% Deposit is required to book the hunt, with two deposit payment options.
• Option #1, Pay the 50% deposit up front. 
• Option #2, Pay a deposit of 25% of the Adventure Hunt cost, with a second deposit of 25% due 30 days after Booking.
• Both Deposits are Non-Refundable. 
• The final 50% is due 60 days before your hunt start date. Payment plans are available, please inquire.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• Deposits are per person and non-refundable if you cancel.
• If you need to cancel no more than 60 days before the hunt arrival date, your hunt can be postponed and your deposit applied to a future year dependent on availability. 
• If you need to postpone your Adventure Hunt to a future year there will be a $500 fee to do this. This fee and any price increase or amount of discount needed for us to sell your original hunt will be added to your hunt balance.
• If ElkBros Adventures cancels the hunt, then your deposit will be refunded in full.
