What is the Annual Membership cost?
ElkBros Adventure Club Membership is $299 annually. Less than one dollar a day.
How can a $10,000 hunt be offered for $299?
Through the power of membership! We will be able to provide one hunt for every block of 100 members.
So our goal is two fold; First is to provide opportunity for those that don’t have deep pockets. Why? Because we would have loved to have had that opportunity ourselves.
The second is to be able to pay for our hunt costs. As long as we can do that, we will be able to add a hunt for every block of 100 members that we have! The more members, the more opportunity!
The cool part is that unlike when you apply for tags and points in other states where your money is basically donated if you don’t draw, we want to provide an annual long benefit! We want you to gain incredible value in both gear & elk hunting education that you will use for the rest of your hunting career!
When is the Elk Hunt Drawing?
Memberships are kept in 100 member blocks. Once a block reaches 100 members, no matter when that occurs, a hunt winner will be drawn from that block.
Winners selected between January 1st and May 31st of each year will win a hunt of that same calendar yer. Winners selected between June 1st and December 31st of a calendar year will win a hunt for the following calendar year.
How many gear giveaways will there be?
Currently, there will be 8 item giveaways annually with the first beginning March 1st, 2025
What type of educational resources will I have access to?
Every member gets an immediate one year subscription to our BaseCamp Online Elk Hunting Course with over 40 years of elk hunting knowledge, skill sets, strategies and the very same success based techniques that led to a 90% success rate for ElkBros Coach and founder Joe Giglia.
Beginning May 1st, members have access to our newest “Success Squad” video content in all areas of the hunt, as well as suggested lists and prep sheets for gear, camp needs, physical prep, shooting prep, best practices & typical routines.
Members also have access to a minimum of two exclusive “Members only” ElkBros webinars that allow you to interact and gain invaluable knowledge on calling and creating elk encounters. How and where to find elk and what to do when things get real! All webinars are recorded and accessible on your schedule if you can’t make it live.
Folks, the education and knowledge gained through this membership alone would cost you thousands in seminars, courses, or years of “boots on the ground” mistakes and learning moments.
What is included in the winning elk hunt?
The hunt includes a guaranteed Private Land elk tag and all aspects of a Coached or Teaching Guide hunt and these can be found on the “Coached Adventure Camp” Page. If I win, can I transfer my hunt to a family member or friend?
Yes, the hunt can be transferred to a family member or friend.
Will I need a hunting license if I draw the hunt?
Drawn hunts do not include NM licensing costs, travel, taxidermy, meat processing & gratuities.
You will have to purchase a small game license $65, NM Elk License- Resident $99, Non-Resident $548/$773 dependent on if it is a Standard or High Demand Hunt, and a $4 Habitat stamp.
